We aim to make your shopping experience easy and reliable. Please review our return guidelines below.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Electrical supplies (controls, ignitors, wiring, thermostats, sensors, etc.)
- Special-order or custom-order items
- Items that have been installed, used, or altered
- Items without original manufacturer packaging
These items may still qualify for manufacturer warranty support, but not returns.
Return Eligibility
Most standard, non-electrical items may be returned if they meet all requirements below:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- New, unused, and uninstalled
- In original manufacturer packaging with all parts and accessories
- Not damaged, altered, or missing components
Restocking Fees
- Within 30 days: No restocking fee
- 31–60 days: 10% restocking fee
- After 60 days: Returns not accepted
Return Shipping Costs
If you ordered the wrong product or no longer need it, you are responsible for return shipping costs. If we shipped the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us immediately so we can resolve it for you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Depending on the situation, we will arrange a replacement or provide a prepaid return label when applicable.
Warranty Claims
All warranties are determined by the manufacturer. Coverage, processing, and replacement terms follow the manufacturer’s policies. Warranty claims may require troubleshooting or verification by a licensed technician. Labor or installation costs are not covered.
How to Start a Return
To request a return:
- Email us at advancedheatingsupply@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- We will provide:
- Return pre-approval or confirmation
- The return address
- Packaging instructions (if applicable)
Returns sent without pre-approval may be rejected or disposed of.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped. Cancellations are not guaranteed and are processed during normal business hours. Once shipped, the order must be handled as a return. Special-order items cannot be canceled after the order is placed.
Freight Deliveries (If Applicable)
If your order arrives via freight, please inspect the shipment before signing for delivery. If the package appears damaged, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
