Shipping policy

We work hard to process and deliver your order as quickly and accurately as possible. Below are our standard shipping guidelines.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. Special-order items or items shipped from partner warehouses may require additional processing time. Orders ship via UPS or USPS depending on the item and destination. If you need a specific carrier, please contact us before placing your order.

Freight Shipments

Large, heavy, or pallet items ship via freight carrier and will be labeled accordingly at checkout. Freight costs are quoted based on destination and carrier availability. Please inspect freight deliveries upon arrival; if damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt and refuse the shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. We are exploring options to expand international shipping in the future.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders can only be canceled before they ship; special-order items may not be cancelable once processing has begun.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees. If the order is canceled after being returned, it will be handled according to our standard return policy.

Backordered or Special-Order Items

Orders containing both in-stock and backordered items typically ship together unless otherwise requested. Items shipping from multiple warehouses may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping Damage or Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • The email used to place the order
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • Clear images of the shipping label and packing slip

This information helps us process claims quickly and send a replacement as soon as possible.
